Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a production line operator to oversee multiple equipment on the beverage production line. The role includes operating and monitoring lines, moving materials, ensuring quality, and performing routine maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with high-speed production environments, be physically able to lift 20–45 lb cases, and comply with safety and sanitation standards. Weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience on high-speed production lines or in a food/beverage manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience operating packing, filler, palletizer and packing equipment is advantageous.
• Comfort with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Experience reading schedules and machine instructions is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Move materials and finished products for proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain clean work area and good housekeeping.
