Job summary

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing for long periods, and potentially working weekends or holidays. Prior experience with high-speed lines and packaging equipment is helpful.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience with high speed production lines preferred.
• Comfort with lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Move materials and finished products to maintain proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality and perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate equipment safely and clean area before and after shift.
• Maintain down time records and work with maintenance as needed.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and teamwork.
