Job summary

Adecco is actively seeking a Production Line Operator for a Direct Hire opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to meet schedules, with responsibilities spanning material changes, changeovers, QC checks, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of general manufacturing experience, forklift certification, and solid math and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year general manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience as a Solmax Operator preferred.
• Forklift Operator certification required.
• Ability to read, write and complete production reports.
• Basic math skills including weights/measurements/lengths.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down assigned production machinery and workstations.
• Manage raw material changes on designated equipment.
• Set up and operate blending equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make operational adjustments.
• Complete product changeovers according to production schedules.
• Perform quality control checks and make QC determinations.
• Monitor secondary production equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Complete required production documentation and reports accurately.
• Assist with training and mentoring new operators.
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
• Support a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
