Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for Associate Operators in St. Albans, VT. This role supports production lines through housekeeping, setup assistance and materials handling, with focus on safety and efficiency.

You will work on 2nd or 3rd shift and can earn $20–$25 per hour plus overtime. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401(k), plus referral incentives and access to upskilling courses through Aspire Academy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily housekeeping to support production readiness.
• Assists with transferring documents, equipment and materials for setup and run.
• Fills hoppers, cassettes and processing aids as needed.
• Monitors equipment and reports issues to lead.
• Maintains designated material collection points per SOPs.
