Viatris, in St. Albans, Vermont, is seeking an Associate Operator for Packaging on the 5th shift. You will visually inspect products and equipment, assist with setup and operation, and help maintain clean, compliant manufacturing areas.

The role requires a HS diploma and up to two years of experience, with skills in writing, communication, and basic software. Viatris offers competitive pay in the $52k–$57.5k range plus a 20% shift differential and an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; up to two years' experience considered.
• Strong mechanical, communication, time management, and writing skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect products and equipment; identify issues and seek maintenance when needed.
• Assist in setting up and operating production equipment.
• Prepare and clean rooms and equipment for inspections; keep work area tidy and orderly.
• Label and store all products correctly.
• Document material runs with batch records, IP sheets, logs and timesheets.
• Help train new staff under supervisor guidance.
• Calibrate scales, line meters, ovens and micrometers as directed.
