Job summary

Silgan Containers in Richmond, VA, is seeking team members for our fast-paced manufacturing facility. The role involves testing and inspecting video equipment, weighing and packing products, and verifying packing slips to ensure quality from start to finish.

You will work on eight-hour shifts with overtime opportunities, paid lunches/breaks, and a comprehensive benefits package. We offer uniforms, steel-toe shoe reimbursement, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within a stable global

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Test and confirm video inspection equipment is operating properly
• Inspect, weight and pack products and materials and check and verify packing slips
• Inspect metal for shearing and coating voids and remove scrap and inferior quality materials
• Notify proper persons of irregularities in the job
• Unload floor container as required
• Approve and disapprove finished product in accordance with quality specifications
• Follow all Plant food safety procedures

What you’ll do:
