Job summary

Silgan Containers Manufacturing Corporation in Indiana is seeking a manufacturing associate to support packaging operations. You will inspect, weigh and pack products, verify packing slips, and ensure compliance with quality specs.

• Test and confirm video inspection equipment is operating properly
• Inspect, weight and pack products and materials and check and verify packing slips
• Inspect metal for shearing and coating voids and remove scrap and inferior quality materials
• Notify proper persons of irregularities in the job
• Unload floor container as required
• Approve and disapprove finished product in accordance with quality specifications
• Follow all Plant food safety procedures

What you'll do:
