Job summary

Production Line Operator Role

As a Production Line Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process: Monitor plastic extrusion or stranding lines to ensure high-quality, timely cable production. Perform machine startups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance. Conduct measurement checks to meet quality standards. Report production issues and equipment concerns proactively. Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines.

What You Bring
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse roles (within the last 7 years)
  • Ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screening
  • Visual ability to distinguish 12 basic colors
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manually roll reels up to 800 lbs (with or without accommodation)
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with physical movement (stooping, bending, standing, sitting)
Preferred
  • Proficiency in basic calculations and measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges)
  • Full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers
