Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production line operations, including packing, assembling, and material handling.
• Performs basic machine operation tasks and uses a variety of hand tools to complete tasks.
• Loads and unloads materials and products.
• Maintains cleanliness of the production area by sweeping, organizing tools, and disposing of waste.
• Follows all safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assists with shipping and receiving, including checking in materials and packaging products for delivery.
• Inspects materials for defects and reports any issues to supervisors or quality assurance.
• Collaborates with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participates in basic maintenance of equipment and tools as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
