Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Two to four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of production practices in food/personal care manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate subordinates.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Ability to use manufacturing software/systems; Deacom familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 50-100 employees and temporaries; ensure productivity and alignment with policies.
• Coordinate with production manager on staffing, overtime, hiring and training.
• Monitor daily production results, material usage, waste and downtime; report issues.
