Job summary

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and (preferred) a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line(s) and ensure safe operations.
• Read and interpret specification sheets and GMP requirements.
• Train line workers and assign daily tasks.
• Maintain safety reports and ensure PPE usage.
• Monitor production metrics and update daily boards.
• Escalate issues to Production Manager as needed.
• Perform quality checks and assist with routine maintenance.
