Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team in production.
• Knowledge of GMP/OSHA safety practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production plans and priorities on the line.
• Schedule tasks and delegate work to meet goals while controlling labor.
• Promote Lean practices and SMED for quick changeovers.
• Coordinate with maintenance to boost productivity.
• Ensure safety, GMP and SQF compliance and accurate reporting.
• Train employees and uphold a positive, collaborative environment.
