Job summary

Viega LLC in Kansas is seeking a Supervisor, Production to oversee a production line, drive metrics and lead a team to meet quality and output goals. You will supervise workflows, enforce safety, and coordinate with line management to maintain schedules.

Responsibilities include training, performance reviews, SAP data entry, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. A strong leader with hands-on experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant manufacturing or leadership experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production line activities to meet goals.
• Lead training, development and performance reviews for team members.
• Schedule, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to policies.
• Input production orders in SAP and maintain documentation.
• Communicate production information to management daily.
• Drive 6S and clean, safe work environments.
• Support R&D trials and root-cause analysis for improvements.
