As a Production Line Lead – Final Pack at The LEGO Group, you will play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, supporting team members, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
In this hands‑on leadership role, you will serve as a subleader within the Final Pack area, helping optimize resources, monitor production performance, and foster a collaborative and results‑driven work environment.
