Are you a proactive manufacturing professional who enjoys supporting production teams, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement? As a Production Line Lead – Final Pack at The LEGO Group, you will play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, supporting team members, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. In this hands‑on leadership role, you will serve as a sub‑leader within the Final Pack area, helping optimize resources, monitor production performance, and foster a collaborative and results‑driven work environment. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, technically inclined, eager to learn, and passionate about sharing their knowledge to help others succeed.
Starting Pay: $24.64 hr.
Schedule: 7 AM-7 PM 2-2-3
