Job summary

PLZ Corp in Pacific, MO is seeking a full-time, on-site Production/Manufacturing worker to carry out production per daily schedule, follow safety rules, maintain a clean, GMP-compliant workplace, and ensure materials are QC approved and ready.

You will inspect goods for quality, participate in on-the-job training for general labor tasks, report safety or maintenance issues, and work under the Production Manager to meet daily targets and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production based on daily schedule or specific duties given by management
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times/ Follow GMP guidelines
• Inspect all goods for quality and defects; notify QC and/or management with deviations
• Setup machinery and ensure all materials are QC approved and readily available
• Follow and enforce all SOPs & Work Instructions for filling, sanitation and operations
• Ensure all paperwork, Vorne, and whiteboards are filled out adequately and legible
• Responsible for on-the-job training to general laborers on Special Instructions for individual job orders
• Notify management of any noticeable safety or maintenance issues immediately
• Reports to Production Manager
