Job summary

100KCrossing is seeking a Production Associate in Cincinnati, OH for 1st shift. You will pack, weigh, label finished products, load materials, and assist with sanitation to maintain quality and safety. A strong team player with basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends is ideal.

Responsibilities include equipment checks, reporting issues, and collaborating to keep operations efficient on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor).

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
