Job summary

Keller Logistics Group in Napoleon, OH is seeking team leads for repackaging operations on both 1st and 3rd shifts. You will set up lines, supervise line staff, run tests, and ensure production schedules are met.

You will rotate line positions to maximize efficiency, document daily hygienic checks, and uphold food safety standards in a warehouse environment. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Set up line for operations, ensure hygienic operation and proper machine and printer settings.
• Complete tests for competency of setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Rotate line positions to maximize production efficiency and morale.
• Monitor repackaging production and ensure schedules are met.
• Determine disposition of damaged product and manage it accordingly.
• Maintain hygienic line area and complete Line Lead reports daily.
• Follow 5S Protocols and food safety standards.
• Complete all Line Lead reports as required.
