Qualifications

• Must be reliable, dependable and honest.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Strong attention to detail and focus on repetitive tasks.
• Nice-to-have: prior manufacturing/inspection or injection molding experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect precision-molded components in a clean, air-conditioned environment.
• Follow procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Inspect products and packaging to SARSTEDT quality standards.
• Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and labeling for accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor multiple semi-automated machines and catch defects early.
• Document inspection results, production counts, and key information accurately.
• Maintain organized workspace and assist with basic machine upkeep.
• Support efforts to reduce scrap and improve overall production quality.
