SARSTEDT, Inc. in Newton, NC is seeking a Production Operator (Production Line Inspector) for 1st shift in Kit Assembly. You will inspect precision-molded components in a clean, controlled environment and ensure quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, verifying part information, monitoring machines, and documenting results. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and a commitment to high-quality output in a fast-paced, proactive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, dependable, and with integrity.
• Basic math skills and ability to stand for long periods.
• Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Follow procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure SARSTEDT standards.
• Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and labeling for accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor semi-automated machines and catch defects early.
• Document inspection results, production counts, and key information accurately.
• Keep workspace clean and assist with basic machine upkeep.
• Support efforts to reduce scrap and improve overall production quality.
