Job summary

Lakeside Foods in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Dumper Attendant Team Member to keep the line moving and ensure a steady flow of product. You will dump product onto the line, coordinate with Forklift Drivers and Machine Operators, and follow all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Safety-minded approach required.
• Ability to climb a ladder to reach workstation.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and chop frozen vegetables.

Responsibilities

• Dump product onto the line for packaging.
• Ensure a steady flow of product.
• Chop frozen product when necessary to maintain flow.
• Communicate with Forklift Drivers to ensure product availability and remove empty totes.
• Communicate with Machine Operators to maintain flow and production codes.
• Adhere to Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do:

• Dump product onto the line for packaging.
• Ensure a steady flow of product.
• Chop frozen product when necessary to ensure constant flow of product.
• Communicate with Forklift Drivers to ensure availability of product to run line, as well as having empty totes removed.
• Communicate with Machine Operators to maintain desired flow of product or changes in production codes.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
