Job summary

Lakeside Foods in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Member to join a safety‑driven, energetic packing and warehouse environment. You’ll audit docks, assist with sampling, and help ensure our products meet specifications.

Two shifts available; strong safety record; you’ll work with barcode and CDC quality programs, document changes, and prepare reports. High school diploma preferred; quality control experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Understand and be proficient in Barcoding Program and CDC Quality Program.
• Thoroughly document any changes from approved procedures and specifications.
• Identify any corrective actions taken.
• Responsible for auditing all receiving docks, shipping docks, warehouse areas, labeling lines, labeling supplies, frozen packaging supplies, frozen packaging lines, and dent storage.
• Prepare reports on all audit and problem-solving activities.
• Assist with the sampling of warehoused product for Lakeside Foods and customer evaluations.
• Moderately perform Quality Control functions in Frozen Packaging Department.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
