Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, preferably in the rail industry. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles supporting senior leadership.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Production in coordinating daily rail production and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and production performance summaries.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the Head of Production.
