Job summary

CRH plc, Oldcastle Infrastructure's parent, is seeking a production team lead in Azusa, CA. You will oversee a production crew, balance team and individual responsibilities, implement 5S, and help build a positive team spirit.

You will inspect finished products, complete daily production reporting, ensure quality and safety compliance, and communicate with department supervisors to resolve issues and report performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and department supervisors.
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have forklift and crane operator certification, or attain certification.
• Present information to team members and leadership with confidence.
• Good attendance and positive attitude.
• Read a tape measurer; other measuring tools are a plus.
• Lift up to 40 lbs; knowledge of basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a production crew as a team lead.

• Implement and maintain 5S.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit and guide others.
• Examine and inspect finished product.
• Complete all daily production reporting.
