Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Production Manager to own the factory floor on-site in Bee Cave, TX, guiding fabrication, welding, machining, electrical and mechanical assembly through final testing. You will lead a hands-on team to meet schedule, quality, and throughput targets while driving a safety-first culture and Lean improvements.

The role offers strong ownership, career progression, and the chance to scale a mission-led water-treatment hardware program with ERP/MRP-driven workflow and KPI

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in engineered or build-to-order products.
• Hands-on fabrication and assembly knowledge (welding, machining, electrical/mechanical build).
• Familiar with ERP/MRP and KPI-driven shop-floor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the factory floor build across fabrication, welding, machining, electrical and mechanical assembly, and final testing.
• Lead a hands-on production team to hit schedule, quality, and throughput targets.
• Drive safety-first culture, quality practices and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma).
