On-Site position in Bee Cave, Greater Austin, Texas Area

On offer is a high-impact permanent role with a well-backed, specialist engineering business developing next-generation water and wastewater treatment systems, where you will have the autonomy to drive operational excellence across both factory and field execution.

This company is at an exciting growth stage, with recent investment and big ambitions to scale into major industrial markets. As a result of continued expansion, they are now looking to add a high-caliber operations leader to strengthen delivery, forecasting, and shop-floor discipline.

In this role you’ll lead day-to-day execution across manufacturing, installation/commissioning, and ongoing operations & maintenance, owning planning and forecasting while driving quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

This role would suit an Operations Manager from an engineered products / steel fabrication background, looking for a technically varied position with ownership, challenge, and long-term progression as the business grows.

The Role:

• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, install/commissioning, and O&M
• Own project planning, forecasting, and on-time / on-budget delivery
• Drive shop-floor process discipline, KPIs, and quality standards (ISO 9001 mindset)
• Work closely with stakeholders from the floor through to executive reviews

The Person:

• Operations / project leadership experience within steel fabrication or engineered products manufacturing
• Strong project management and forecasting capability (e.g., Microsoft Project; similar tools welcomed)
• Comfortable bridging factory and field execution (manufacturing + commissioning environments)
