Qualifications

• Experience leading operations within steel fabrication or engineered products manufacturing.
• Strong capability in project management and forecasting for delivery timelines.
• Ability to bridge factory and field execution with clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, installation/commissioning, and O&M.
• Own project planning, forecasting, and on-time / on-budget delivery.
• Drive shop-floor process discipline, KPIs, and quality standards (ISO 9001 mindset).
• Work closely with stakeholders from the floor through to executive reviews.
