Justice Grown is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring output, quality, and safety compliance. You’ll manage a team of production associates in a busy facility, driving improvements and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on Lean practices and GMP standards in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of team leadership in a commercial production setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education or experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Understand basic weight and measurement concepts and operate scales/meters.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly production associates and guide daily tasks.
• Coach and evaluate performance per HR policies.
• Maintain safe, compliant, and efficient production operations.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Quality, and Compliance teams.
• Document production metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
