Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6–12 months of related experience.
• Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced professional environment.
• Must be able to interface with others professionally.

Aufgaben

• Directs and coordinates day-to-day production activities to meet KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Lead a team to operate in a continuous improvement environment to minimize manufacturing cost.
• Plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities.
• Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, and quality control for optimum resource utilization.
• Review production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to identify root causes of nonconformities.
• Develop and implement operating methods and procedures to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
• Revise production schedules and priorities due to equipment failure or problems.
• Consult with engineering on machine and equipment modifications to improve production and quality.
