Job summary

Electronic Technologies International/American Cable & Harness in Wisconsin seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations across wire harness, cable assembly, PCB assembly, control panel assembly, and related manufacturing processes. Qualifications

Requires an Associate’s degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Engineering Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with wire harness assembly, PCB assembly, electromechanical manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead production personnel and develop an engaged, high-performing team.
Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and measurable goals.
Conduct coaching, performance discussions, and employee development activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Oversee wire harness, cable, PCB, and control panel assembly, testing, and repair.
Ensure production schedules are achieved and capacity constraints are managed.
Promote ISO quality systems and customer-specific requirements.
