Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Fort Mill, SC, seeks an Industrial/Continuous Improvement Specialist to initiate, support, and review SPS activities, driving lean standards, workplace design, and value stream initiatives across assigned areas.

You will train teams on SPS methodologies, facilitate workshops, document outcomes, and support management in coaching improvement processes while reporting on SPS status and long-term impact. Domestic travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in lean management or continuous improvement role.
  • Strong knowledge of SPS or similar lean production systems and tools.
  • Proficient in communicating and training cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and project facilitation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel 25% of the time. (Domestic 20% / International 5%)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
