About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading supplier of precision-machined aerospace components, recognized for its expertise in complex multi-axis CNC manufacturing. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead shop floor operations, drive on-time delivery, and uphold the rigorous quality standards required in aerospace manufacturing. Position Summary

The Production Supervisor will manage day-to-day manufacturing and multi-axis CNC machining activity, guiding the shop floor team to meet production schedules and monthly output targets. This position carries responsibility for maintaining full compliance with the organization's aerospace quality management system, including close attention to tight part tolerances and AS9100 regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily shop floor operations across all manufacturing departments.
• Uphold quality standards to support zero-defect production of intricate engine component geometries.
• Direct, train, and mentor a team of machinists to build technical skill and shop floor performance.
• Track and drive improvements in departmental and individual productivity, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality team to schedule and prioritize parts in line with weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate daily production metrics, scrap rate reporting, and material traceability records within the ERP system.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, including at least 5 years supervising a machining department.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing); hands-on machining background is a plus.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP special process requirements.
