Job summary

The [Withheld] is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead shop floor operations for complex multi-axis CNC manufacturing in aerospace. You will drive on-time delivery while maintaining strict quality per AS9100.

You will manage a team of machinists, ensure tight tolerances, and collaborate with Quality to meet weekly and monthly production targets, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in aerospace manufacturing.
• 5+ years supervising machining.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations across all departments.
• Uphold zero-defect quality for engine components.
• Mentor machinists to improve skills and performance.
• Track productivity, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with Quality to schedule parts per sales goals.
• Maintain production metrics, scrap reporting, and traceability in ERP.
