Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Kingsville, Texas is seeking a Production Leader to guide factory staff to meet customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery. The role is onsite with relocation assistance if applicable and requires engineering/manufacturing degrees or equivalent experience.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and maintain effective cross‑functional communication to execute the MRO plan.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Manufacturing degree required or 6+ years manufacturing experience in lieu of degree.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain US security clearance (US Citizenship).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate factory staff to meet customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery.
• Develop and maximize staff potential through feedback and coaching.
• Respond to demand changes, assess risk, inventory, capacity and financial implications.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Communicate across functions to support execution of the MRO plan.
• Foster a High Performance Culture through training and daily behaviors.

Basic Requirements:

• Associates degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR
• Master degree in Engineering or Manufacturing OR
• PhD in Engineering or Manufacturing
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires US Citizenship

Pay Range

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range. $84,351 - $137,071-Annually
