Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Kingsville, TX is seeking a Production Leader to drive onsite manufacturing operations, align with customer requirements, and manage cost and delivery targets.

You will lead a diverse factory team, coach staff, respond to demand shifts, and ensure HSE compliance in a high-performance culture. Strong engineering/manufacturing education or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Manufacturing with 2+ years experience.
• Master's in Engineering or Manufacturing.
• PhD in Engineering or Manufacturing.
• In lieu of a degree: 6+ years manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the factory staff to deliver customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery.
• Developing and maximizing the potential of staff through feedback and coaching.
• Responding to demand changes, assessing risk, inventory, capacity and financial implications.
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Communicating across functions and work schedules to support execution of the MRO plan.
• Developing and maintaining a High Performance Culture through training and everyday behaviors.

• Associates degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;

• Master degree in Engineering or Manufacturing OR;
• PhD in Engineering or Manufacturing
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
