Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Leader to guide daily operations on the 1st shift. You’ll oversee safety, quality, delivery and cost goals while supporting team development and scheduling.

In this role you will lead lean initiatives, trouble-shoot production challenges, and ensure accurate reporting. The position emphasizes teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work hands-on with machinery and inspection tools.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

• Knowledge of safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout
• A team‑focused leader who leads by example
