Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking multi–level operators to safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line. Shifts available include 2nd and 3rd with varied hours and a night differential.

Responsibilities

• Run entry-level equipment and complete processes per SOPs.
• Perform duties on the production line including transfer, assembly, and inspections.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow tracking procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and assist others as needed.

Worthington Enterprises is seeking multi–leveloperators. These positions will safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line.

Shifts Available:

• 2nd - Monday through Friday
  • 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm OR
  • 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• 3rd - Monday through Friday
  • 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: Starting pay varies by experience, ranging from $21.43 to $26.50, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as overtime/double-time incentives.
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $2,500 bonus for 2nd shift (for the month of October only)
  • $1,500 bonus for 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Conduct all duties in line with Our Philosophy and legal, ethical, and contractual standards.
• Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room, and paint line operations.
• Follow detailed instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.
• Detect and address defects and quality issues.
• Count, label, and handle small parts accurately.
• Maintain safety standards by following policies and procedures.
