CelLink Corporation in Georgetown, Texas, seeks a Production Lead for weekday night shifts (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM) to oversee teams in manufacturing flexible circuits. Responsibilities include directing work quality, managing department schedules, and training employees.
Candidates should have strong English skills and a professional attitude. A high school diploma is preferred. Familiarity with production operations is a plus. The position involves physically demanding work and adherence to safety protocols.
This position is responsible for, under the guidance of a supervisor or manager, providing direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of individuals – a team – for the purpose of achieving defined department goals and ensuring that all department standards required for the team are met in the manufacturing of high‑conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems consistent with established production and quality standards. The Lead provides daily oversight to their designated team.
Schedule: Weekday Night: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM. Rotating Schedule. Schedules typically follow 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours).
We operate on 12‑hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump‑caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, and clean‑room frocks while adhering to prescribed safety procedures.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, pull/push, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for extended periods of time. The employee must lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.
