Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to help manufacture and assemble items at the facility, including painting, prepping, or patching. The role involves tying rebar mats, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe, organized plant with union oversight.

Reports to a Group Leader and collaborates with the team to meet production targets while upholding safety standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of leadership experience and construction or related industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to handle rebar or mesh safely.
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods in a production environment.
• Ability to perform standard math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read a tape measure and add/subtract fractions.

Responsabilités

• Abide by all safety and company policies including wearing required safety gear.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Read drawings to produce company-specific products.
• Operate standard area equipment including hand tools, cranes, tie guns, forklifts with training.
• Attend meetings and provide information to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Production Manager or Operations Manager.
• Assist in supervising others and support other departments as needed.
