Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret general business and technical documents.
Ability to manage multiple processes and coach operators.

Responsibilities

Lead production of several processes/lines in a technical environment.
Evaluate plant performance and advise on operating changes to improve efficiency and quality.
Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators to improve performance.
Solicit ideas for plant improvements and develop proposals with engineers.
Provide technical and operational advice to project teams.
Interface between operations and maintenance as needed.
Prioritize production schedules to meet customer requirements.
Participate in process development and cost-improvement projects.
Assist in department budgeting and expense management.
