Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating commercial sewing machines and laser cutters.
• Ability to estimate and plan workload across multiple projects.
• Capable of supervising 1–2 production staff and managing inventory.
• Strong communication with ownership about production status.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of commercial and industrial sewing machines and laser cutters.
• Apply hems, appliqué, double-needle and zigzag techniques.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Estimate and plan workload across multiple concurrent projects.
• Supervise and support 1–2 production staff.
• Monitor inventory and place reorders for raw materials and finished goods.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with ownership on production status.
