Qualifications

• At least 12 months related experience.
• Ability to stand 7-9 hours per day.
• Detail oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Positive attitude and able to lead a team.
• Able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Understand equipment and processes to troubleshoot order issues.
• Ensure training needs are met and train new associates within the department.
• Communicate across departments to gather information for decisions.
• Troubleshoot equipment or processes to resolve issues.
• Develop team members to ensure operation coverage.
• Identify problems and implement changes to improve performance.
• Inspire and guide others to participate in goals.
• Delegate and empower staff to manage increasing workload.
