Job summary

Steadfast Systems in Dillon, MT is seeking an experienced production sewing lead to anchor our in-house facility. This in-person role offers growth opportunities and hands-on work with fabrics and gear.

The ideal candidate will have vocational sewing skills, experience reading PO and tech packs, and prior experience leading a sewing cell. You will mentor operators, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery in a fast-paced shop.

Steadfast Systems is seeking an experienced production oriented sewing lead to anchor our Dillon MT facility. This is an in person only opportunity with excellent opportunity for growth. Steadfast is a dynamic problem stoving studio with diverse manufacturing capabilities.

A qualified candidate will demonstrate:

Prior vocational production sewing skills, including but not limited, equipment, outdoor or tactical gear, technical apparel, or safety and rigging.

Experience reading and preparing a run form a PO and tech pack.

Experience leading a sewing cell or small team of production sewers.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to sit for long periods while performing sewing and production work
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm motions
• Must be able to work with materials and products safely and carefully in a hands-on shop environment
