Job summary

Atlanta West Carpets, LLC is seeking a Production Manager to oversee job assignments to subcontractors and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process. This role requires collaboration with the VP of Builder, Account representatives, Customer Service Associates, Installation Managers and the Warehouse Manager in line with ADG policies and workflows.

You will communicate continuously, manage work orders, coordinate with vendors and customers, and ensure smooth project progression on site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read maps and follow directions.
• Ability to work with vendors, customers and team members.
• Organized and self-motivated with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assign Work Orders for installation to subcontractors.
• Enter jobs in Schedule and maintain progress updates.
• Communicate with subcontractors regarding job installation.
• Maintain contact with customers on jobsites and with project leaders.
• Coordinate with main office and departments on progress.
• Assist with material pickup/delivery as needed.
