Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Batavia, IL is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead multiple production areas, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and coach a diverse team. The role starts at 5pm and runs until close, with training mid-shift for the first month.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of production experience, strong leadership, and basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a High School Graduate.
• 6 months to 1 year of related production experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
• Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and diverse team of production operators.
• Ensure employees are at their assigned work areas and workloads are balanced.
• Maintain a safe, clean workflow and meet quality standards.
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring and training needs.
