Job summary

Bodycote is seeking a Production Supervisor based in Kentucky to lead site manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery. You will direct daily operations, manage resources, and guide associates toward goals while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

You will also drive process improvements, participate in hiring and onboarding, and support KPI attainment in a safety-sensitive environment that values steady cost and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance: US Citizens or permanent residents.
• High School diploma required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and personnel supervision.
• Basic computer software skills.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with plant personnel.
• Ability to lead and facilitate team problem solving.
• Positive approach to changing objectives and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site manufacturing activities to attain safety, cost, quality and delivery goals.
• Plan and prioritize daily job assignments; assign tasks to associates.
• Assist plant leadership in driving KPI attainment.
• Ensure proper use of personnel systems and regulatory compliance.
• Support hiring process and new associate orientation.
• Identify and implement process improvements; promote safety and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and prevent customer loss or damage.
• Communicate Bodycote mission and values through daily actions.
