Job summary

Altium Packaging, Franklin, MA is seeking a hands-on lead for safety, production, maintenance, warehouse, and quality. You will champion safety, operate blow mold equipment, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

The role includes training staff and communicating policies to ensure compliance and efficiency. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience, a High School diploma, and preferably an Associate degree.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience and High School diploma required.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate blow mold machines and analyze production data to drive output.
• Perform audits, quality checks, and basic repairs on equipment.
• Record shipments and manage warehouse data including weights and space.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees.
