Job summary

Precision Formed Plastics in Irving, TX, a Nefab USA company, is seeking a Production Lead to guide the finishing area, learn manufacturing processes, monitor production efficiency, and support job setups and shipment readiness. Maintain a clean, organized floor and uphold quality standards while working with the Manufacturing Manager.

We seek 2+ years in production, familiarity with thermoforming, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Pay rate is $25–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years Production/Manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with Thermoforming highly preferred.
• Tech school experience/graduate preferred.
• Packaging experience a plus.
• Warehousing experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished goods to be ready to ship (palletized and in holding area).
• Maintain the process and organization of the manufacturing floor.
• Monitor and maintain the efficiency of the production lines.
• Assist in the process of recycling the scrap plastics.
• Assist in production line setups on new and repeating jobs.
• Maintain a clean and well organized production area.
• Abide by quality expectations for production and the measuring tools used.
• Flexible schedule as needed to provide weekend coverage.
• Report to Manufacturing Manager and Assistant Production Supervisor.

Skills

Ability to read a tape measure

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Education
