Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output.
• Set-up production line for start-up and style changes.
• Inspect materials and observe line function, reporting deviations to maintenance/management.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and safety.
