Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a production supervisor to manage the Paint department, plan daily operations, and oversee training for operators and line leads in Clarksville, Tennessee. You will ensure material availability, uphold FI-11 and 5S standards, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in manufacturing.
• Experience mentoring and coaching operators.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the daily Paint operations plan.
• Provide line leaders with daily start-up information.
• Oversee training of Paint operators, technicians and line leaders.
• Verify raw material availability and report shortages.
• Monitor and enforce plant policies and procedures.
• Assist Manager with performance reviews of operators and technicians.
• Manage quality systems in the Paint department.
• Monitor product quality and respond to internal customer issues.
